Lately if i want to send money to lets say like Skrill or Neteller BitPay comes up. So when i send money with Blockchain i always use high fees. So high that blockchain says to me To High fees, lower the fees or keep high fees. And both options it says it will be confirmed within 10min. I always click Keep High fees. When i pay i need to go back to bitpay and then bitpay says. You have used to low fees. Bitpay does not even recognize the payment and the invoice will expire and then need to wait days/weeks to get your money back.

Are more people having this problem?

fee suggestion of blockchain.info is very buggy, apparently it has not been updated to match the current rise of the fee amounts. it is still suggesting a fixed amount of fee.
you should change your wallet to bitcoin core if you can run a full node or you can choose an SPV wallet like electrum. these wallets give a better suggestion for fee and your problem will be solved.

i wasn't even aware that Bitpay had a wallet! i thought they were only a payment processor for businesses like Valve.
i find out new things every day Smiley

in any case i believe your problem is with the fees you are paying, nothing serious. you just need to figure out the right amount. and i usually suggest electum since i use it myself and it is quite user friendly about fees.
you can also take a look at this site for current fees: https://bitcoinfees.21.co/
