Say I have 1 Bitcoin, and I split it up to 3 different wallets. That barely improves privacy. If anything, it links those 3 wallets together.

I don't use the ones that call themselves mixers. I have used several other methods to "mix" coins though.

4. Have you ever used Bitcoin private keys?

Let's put it this way: if you don't have the private key, you don't own the Bitcoins.
However, this has nothing to do with a mixer. Why do you ask?

I did PM him to apply as an alpha tester but was never selected. Sorry for those who are selected and get fooled by the OP. Never trust a newbie, especially with 1 post. I'm just lucky that I'm not selected.

But I feel it is too early to make a negative conclusion on OP. I do remember cryptomixer were running similar testing phases here in this service section and lot of members got chances to test their services with free bitcoins. Probably OP is still ranking applicants to choose for his testing purposes.

But unfortunately I am not finding any site with the name chipmixer. Google just shows civil construction mixing machine.

- Start a service announcement topic, even you are in still in testing phase it would be good as a pre-announcement topic.
- Add your site/service info in your personal text and in signatures. If you are not promoting your site then who else
- Please try to answer the questions being asked here. That will help to prove yourself and will be helping building reputation for your business.

Nice set of suggestions but I feel bitcoin mixing industry already up to saturation levels. Any newcomer may need to face heavy competitions. I like to suggest OP to go for signature campaign right away to stay competitive. Bitmixer is into campaign for years, competing them may need more powerful ideas.

I have been replied by ChipMixer and completed testing. I got no new reply from him but basically, I have been paid by the Bitcoin Mixer because he gave me a code to redem in the Mixer.
