This is the best phone service you can get - Verizon $80/month service - less than the price of Sprint, Straight Talk, or any of those prepaid services that are inferior. You will not get throttled at anytime unless you use more than 22GB per month AND are in an area with an overcrowded tower. Even then, you will only be throttled while the tower in your area is experiencing congestion. You won't have to wait days or even weeks for full speed ever again.
This can work with your existing Verizon number, or you can setup a totally new phone number with a working Verizon phone that you own. If you do not own a Verizon phone, you will have to obtain one.
