I have a very very long time not used blockchain info account (it is from before blockchain info has new version)
and i forgot my password + my second password but i find the saved data from this wallet on my stick .. and this data looks like

IDENTIFIER=undefined;
PASSWORD=undefined;
CODE={"guid" : "EXIST","sharedKey" : "EXIST","double_encryption" : true,"dpasswordhash" : "EXIST","options" : {"pbkdf2_iterations":10,"fee_policy":0,"html5_notifications":false,"logout_time":600000,"tx_display":0,"always_keep_local_backup":false,"transactions_per_page":30,"additional_seeds":[]},"keys" : [{"addr":"EXIST"},{"addr":"EXIST","tag":2},{"addr":"EXIST","priv":"EXIST","created_time":0,"created_device_name":"javascript_web","created_device_version":"1.0","label":"Test","tag":2},{"addr":"EXIST","priv":"EXIST","created_time":0,"created_device_name":"javascript_web","created_device_version":"1.0","tag":2},{"addr":"EXIST"}]};

for security reason i changed words from text to word EXIST ... the private key looks like:
long string /short string A==

i buy help, advice, WORKING METHODE to decrypt (dont ask me to send the key)

I am no expert here and don't understand crap of what you said. I would just like to advise you to post what you are offering as payment if people are interested in your offer. Being straight forward would really increase your likelihood of getting help and it would be faster with fewer questions.

Also, you might want to consider how much bitcoins are in your wallet as compared to how much you will be willing to pay someone to retrieve your wallet.

1-> Check the email you received from them when you made the wallet for the first time.It would have your unique login identifier.
2->Use that identifier along with brute forcing your previous passwords to login into your account.
3->You remembering backing up your wallet or downloading it as a pdf ? That file should have your secret phrase and other info.

4->Now tell us,what do you have expect for that json data ?

long string /short string A==
If the string ends with == then that looks like base64 padding. Try to treat it as a base64 string and decode that.

Either pick your favorite programming language, or open the webconsole in eg Firefox (ctrl+shift+k) and type into the JS console: atob('string_goes_here')

Why is this in the services section? Shouldn't this be in Technical Support?

I don't know if this will be of any help, but you never know.

I used long ago Multibit Classic. With that one, if you exported the private key with password protection, it created a file with 2 lines.
This string looks pretty similar with the first line in that file.

So this may be indeed your private key, but my guess is that it's password protected. And you forgot that password, I've read.. Sad

Well, I guess you will have quite a few people working on your problem already by now by posting this information.
Depending on the passwords you used, someone might get lucky brute-forcing it.

You can get an explanation of the format here: https://blockchain.info/de/wallet/wallet-format
Maybe you want to take a look into something like this: https://github.com/FuzzyHobbit/btc-recover

How many coins are we talking about ? From the data above,the wallet address doesn't have enough coins worth the effort of recovery.One of the addresses is empty while other has enough for a transaction fee.If you have to access your wallet so you can use those coins,I think your are wasting time.

Without the passphrase you can't do much given the current situation.If you still wish to regain access to your address,despite of the negligible amounts,you can take a automated approach with brute-forcing.

One of the addresses is empty while other has enough for a transaction fee.

Indeed one is empty, but the other one has 0.0095BTC. It's indeed not much and may not worth the effort (unless OP has more wallets in his list and he didn't post them!), but I expect that the 18$ to be much less than the fee, although I expect quite a fee, since there's a lot of small inputs.

You forgot both of your passwords, but what about your mnemonic phrase?
That 22 (IIRC) word string used in older version of blockchain wallet, before they switched to 12 words HD wallet mnemonic.
You still have the access to your old email used to create your account?
