The best way to learn english would be to play more games, watch more tv shows subtitled in english, not in your native language and don't try without subtitle.

From my experience, the best way is to actually start using it, even if in the beginning it would seem overwhelming. All the English I know it's from video games, movies, tv-shows, talking with strangers online while playing games and setting up my phone,computer,etc in english.

Videos, Games (Only subtitle version because when you read text you also listen what they tell so this is like learning in school also English original voice are better than most translated DUB or Lector)              Internet, Chats. Maybe my English is not gramatically perfect but with google translator help I can talk and in situation face to face I can also talk (this is important here hearing English voices because in English pronunciation this what was written is diffrent.
