Do we need more exchanges? I think its enough!

No one could really stop someone on creating their own exchanges even we saw there are lots of exchanges already on the market.You don't like to have many options available on what exchange you would use? I think its better to have many than a few, because later on they will be all crowded and their services been affected. Look at polo, you know what I mean. This is a promising project because they do think off on mobile platform which is really good.

Good questions, so yes we are offering a lot of incentives for customers. As a stock trader myself, I understand how important a solid UI is for a platform. ToS has this nailed down, by far the best desktop software in the industry at the moment. While we won't have a desktop application come out in the beginning we plan to have one in the coming years, the web version however will for sure beat our competitors. Poloniex people say is the best one, however they offer you basically zero chart trading tools... We're not in the 90's no more, people need more than just a EMA and SMA. Look at something like TradingView, that's what we are trying to get to by launch. Fees are planning to be cheaper, execution times will be quicker, and we will also be offering phone support (to English customers) the day we open.

Always a good thing to have competitors, just to keep the major ones in check. I, for one, feel that exchanges need to focus on exchanging and trading platforms need to focus on trading. The best exchangers I use have the highest rates and quickest exchanges. I imagine the best traders should have tight spreads and good volume to fulfill orders correctly.

The one thing that will make you stand out is support. Responsive, expert support staff that resolves issues quickly.

I've got some suggestions for you, do a serious promotion to attract traders, launch a heavy signature campaign with at least 100 participants.
Advertise on different forums and web wallets, on crypto related sites. spend $10 grands to make people addicted to your service, maybe giving 0.2% bonus on every trade for the first month or for the first month of using your service, people need to open your app/site every day for more than 3 weeks to become a habit for them and to get used to the design and interface. otherwise face the same fate like all other dozens of exchanges out there, good luck.

Thanks, we do already have a marketing plan setup which starts in the beginning of July. This is only a very early announcement for what's to come in the coming months.

Yeah, everything was set for the 28th. However, last weekend my business partner had a family emergency and is no longer able to move forward with us, and was kind of a huge blow to the entire team. With that it also means his money is no longer with us either. We're still going to continue on, however document and site release is delayed until July 5th. With that said, he was also my COO, so now I'm also in a position where I need to fill that position as well getting his name off of all legal paperwork and getting FinCEN-SU transfer complete.

I read the white paper and it fails to describe anything that resembles "something that no one else has done before."

To give credit where credit is due, it sounds like your proposed architecture is well engineered for scalability, though you've described no new innovations. The white paper fails to address how you've made any improvements to security which is arguably one of the most important areas.

N factor auth helps to protect the customer but what techniques are you using to protect yourself?
