exchange BTC -> Ripple and still un-confirmation transaction (5days)

5 days ago a have exchange bitcoin on changelly - but now the transaction was rejected on their system:

I already make a transaction and sent my bitcoin already (but status still un-confirmation).

So i want cancel this tracsaction and getback my bitcoin to my blockchain wallet- because it's fail exchange on changelly.com.

you can't cancel a transaction once it is broadcasted, all you can do is wait for it to be dropped by the memory pool and spend it to another bitcoin address so your wallet won't be able to automatically rebroadcast it

you cant get your btc back..you should accelerate your tx to finish your exchange
