Bitcoin it self is a good investment but if you want to earn more you can also do trading. You just need to research and learn about the certain coin you want to invest to make sure that it's worth every penny you will put in that coin. As for me I am holding Nem and Ripple.

I've also been trading and saving a lot on certain altcoins. Shadow example I bought at least 0.5 btc at the price of 0.00015 and it was almost twice as fast. And it gives me a huge advantage

Getting clam coins is a good start for the newbies because based on my friends it is very easy to collect clam coins from faucets and they can either invest it or exchange with bitcoin and i think it is a good start to have a capital for the future investments that you can make.

if ever we can turned back time maybe i will hold every single btc that i got its just a year ago and if i sum it up i can be a millionaire now here in my country, but moving forward its xrp and nem that i hold before who did give me some good earnings.

From now, I made two investment and I'm thankful that I was earn every week of 0.01BTC. I think it is a good starting but I'm looking forward that in the future it will become big. I think the best you do with your bitcoin is hold for few years because the price is continously increasing and many big investor will invest to the bitcoin . I suggest to you invest your bitcoin to the altcoin  because  you can earn profit after few years . Investing in altcoin and bitcoin is both good. If you choose that for sure you can earn big money.

Its funny one of the best investments i had made were buying yovi coins, i had joined very late when those started without rules, wich damage the coin in the begining, a single person made over 15 btc with those, i had bought some coins at 780 and then the rules changed to better, nowadays im able to sell around 1-2 coins every 1-2 months, i had roi several times my investment and keep, the only bad thing is besides the coin cant be dumped, you have no use of it, would be better let the coin free to trade soo people could dump and pump it as others coins, or atleast allow people to get some beneficts with those coins, like a share from profits/ add new coins for less btc or without btc.

Cool. And that is way too fast for an investment.
Mutual funds cannot ever do that even banks which just gives a percentage of what you saved.
Yes the risk is there. But what the hell! I would rather risk for a larger profit than go waiting for years before your money can be felt to have profited from saving.
