Do realise that 1b4537b86e34fe9251755d1ead5a878b9c78f8210fe17e93a860c69930ce17ba is using the output of 26a169c0d0cf58038d9c660a2de8b2b0a1037fc17897fc74d274d1daf79321c2. Both transactions are unconfirmed and have a sub-standard fee, but 1b4537b86e34fe9251755d1ead5a878b9c78f8210fe17e93a860c69930ce17ba cannot be confirmed before 26a169c0d0cf58038d9c660a2de8b2b0a1037fc17897fc74d274d1daf79321c2 is.

b03480f9301ca04e33253e3e800276c452ca53d42556c9bc842f974cd4e811c5 even depends on unconfirmed outputs of both previous tx's...

AFAIK, coinb.in doesn't need to forget about a transaction, AFAIK it will not rebroadcast any transaction you created Smiley
That section is mostly for desktop wallets (for example multibit HD will need to repair a wallet in order to rescan, bitcoin core will need to abandon a transaction or zapwallettxes, but this is not a problem for coinb.in AFAIK)
