I don't mean to bash or anything, but why would anyone want XP 64-bit? XP 64-bit was rather just buggy, and XP anything is kind of useless in comparison to other OS's as well as wasteful these days. Especially on anything with a 64bit processor.

yeah. I guess for something cheap to play with or if they had something they wanted xp for but needed 64bit
