Fee is too low. Try submitting it to viabtc's transaction accelerator (right after a block gets mined by them, since slots fill up fast). You can also try to accelerate it using viabtc.com (thnk that someone has already suggested that). They receive huge amount of transactions to accelerate so you shoud try every full hour until you have success to submit it. And you realy have to be carefuly about the fees when you are sending coins. And avoid blockcahin wallet because there you can't control the fees and in situations like this is prety much useless.
