I just want to say it is no shame to ask for help. There are many people in the community who would be glad and honored to help out!!  Even if something has to be changed in the whitepaper and it will not affect us as investors too much it will be completely acceptable.  We just want succes in the end.

I hope you guys realize what we have on hand here...   You as Trueflip look pretty anonymous,  so that is the perfect setting to absolutely screw and *uck up all the Lottery systems in the world!!

It takes 5 min to solve the issue and 30 seconds to post it here. I really don't understand why it has to take that long. This project is just in the beginning and I have been involved for only 2 days where I found 2 bugs with different tings. If there is only one person dealing with those issues i can tell you that it is going to get a lot more busy soon. I hope we get faster responds soon.

Agree with all of the above. I hope the ICO campaign isn't any indication of how the platform will eventually develop. With the right amount of enthusiasm, customer service, and dedication this ICO could be so much more. Replies such as "You agreed to the white paper..." isn't the right way to conduct business. The idea can be much better conveyed if they just said "TFLs will be awarded at the end of the campaign". The replies seem rude to people who aren't from East Europe (even though that may not be the intention). Please hire someone who understands how to deal with multiple cultures empathetically. If comments are written in English then please hire a native born English speaker as well.

Good to see the negative trust getting removed. I believe the issue with Irfan has bee resolved. Also the tune used agianst this user in the above post is a bit too harsh. Please treat all investors gently. Appreciate all the efforts taken by the team.

Hi TrueFlip.io,

I have added a custom token in group 1 so I see TFLs in MEW.
But I have 2 questions:
   - I see TFLs in MEW but dont see TFLs in Investor profile. Is it normal ?
   - I see TFLs in MEW reduce from 612 to 604 (I do nothing). Does it mean number of TFLs change with ETH price.
