Clone a git and copy and modify a website and buy for an exchange without reputation.
That's all.
Investors do your own homework.
In this month it will be available at 1sat and will be delisted within two months.

its already sold out as they said. i was one of the user who actually tried to learn what is into this quartz but have not invested to it. its either i miss my chance to profit from ICO or i just lucky to have avoided a pure scam. but whatever, we might just be buying what they are going to sell when we see the realization of the project.

pure scam

ccex have been notified of the fraud

I see the newbie conman (probably a kid) logged in today, prolly crapping himself in case police are called

If you were conned, you were very silly, I think probably a kid as he couldn't even wait 2 days before dumping after pumping
It's worthless

how could anyone except a team of experts like qrl do this tech?

exchange and bitcointalk will have all his ips, funds can be tracked, if you were conned i suggest finding out a little more info
he has put privacy on domain
http://whois.domaintools.com/quartzblockchain.com

could be pinged to find ip

apparently it was listed on icochecker.com

surely they have to have some details of real people behind a listing??

if you lost money i suggest putting some legwork into things, can't let these ico scammers keep this crap going

I am Bonkers BTW

I have seen that it takes the currency almost 1 month and raised the value up to 2 $.

Now it's down to 2 satoshis each coin.

I was interested in buying coins.

Is it safe to buy?
I see more people than saying scam, are you referring to any project or currency?

I have also seen that in the main message of the post, there is a domain that is different from the one that appears in coinmarketcap.com
