This user : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=395420

Is trying to scam people into a trick that will help him to get access to funds of other primedice users.
He is also sending pms to people on pd chat to open his link.
Also see here : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=912847.0

A negative trust on this user will be highly appreciated.

I would send a PM to stunna who owns/manages the site or MICRO who is a moderator they can probably take more effective action then anyone on here.

Stunna and MICRO can hardly do anything to control these scumbags.
It would be better if someone awards him a negative trust so that people can be more serious towards what are they going to open.

They can ban his IP address (if he isn't behind a VPN/tor) or report him to law enforcement if he is trying to steal from their customers

I don't know if he is the owner of the youTube channel , so I can't leave him negative feedback.
