Powerbet deleted a ton of posts today (inclusive 20 posts from me), so I decided to open this uncensored thread to continue undisturbed.

Legal action is in preparation and as Barnstorm said their sports betting software is very good, there should be value to confiscate and serve creditors. Smiley

Powerbet scam litigation 75:25 in process, join + claim your money!

Are you too stupid to read? This thread is about the powerbet.io scam!

If you have proof who Game Protect scammed and for how much, open a thread in the appropriate Scam Accusations section on this forum.

On top you will get 5 BTC: Get 5 BTC for proof who Game Protect scammed and for how much?

Game protect is the scam

I don't get what Game Protect does. Do they actually file?
Yes, Game Protect actually files for qualified cases or no cure no pay cases and for not qualified cases if the victim send a small percentage of what is owed in advance.

The powerbet no cure no pay case failed, as they did not respond and did not send anything.

Victims can now file criminal complaints by themselves or Game Protect offers to do this if they send 10% of the Bitcoins owed in advance.

Victims could also start a civil claim court case, but this would be more expensive as you need to pay a lawyer and court fees and as you know, most victims are brain washed to not spend anything to enforce their claim and better eat the loss of $100s, $1,000s or even $10,000s! Cheesy

One part of the fraud scheme is to scam and the other part is to have paid shills to mislead the victims to not enforce their claims. Wink

Btw, if you do not get what Game Protect does, you can read about it at www.game-protect.com.

I'm not very comfortable sending funds to somebody who's painted red. I thought your service would be paid if your successful in claiming the funds that is disputed.

What does this mean "red painted"? Are you brain washed?

Yes, in successful no cure no pay cases, the service is compensated. The service is also inclusive if you register your accounts with any Qualify free operator.

But as I already informed you, powerbet is neither a successful no cure no pay case, nor a qualified account case.

If I would now assist to file the criminal complaints and follow up with the polices, this would cost my time without any access to the possible receipt of the account balances owed. I would basically give the victims a free ride.

Litigation expert Barnstorm falsely claimed that victims are willing to compensate my time and expenses, while he himself did not contribute 1 cent!

Your trust score is red. That's what I meant.

If you're certain on your method/technique in getting successful with claims, then you should be willing to take payment after the claim.
Anyways, good luck to you.

Instead of spamming your signature, please explain what does this mean "Your trust score is red"? Are you brain washed?

If you're certain on your method/technique in getting successful with claims, then you should be willing to take payment after the claim.
Civil court cases and criminal complaints are not "my methods", but for everyone publicly available methods/techniques! In some cases it will lead to payment and in some cases not. Considering the small investment percentage, definetely worth to go this route, even if it will not lead to payment in a certain case.

If claimants receive their Bitcoins based on my effort to file criminal complaints and follow up with authorities, I will have no access to the Bitcoins they have received. Therefore, they have to send a small percentage of what is owed in advance to compensate my time and expenses.

Alternatively, they can gladly file their criminal complaints by themselves or even start a civil court case.

lol at Powerbet deleting posts. They are finished. Why would anyone deposit Bitcoin with them when they have been proven to be thieves? The money is gone, and they will be soon!
Wow, so you checked the financial status of the liable operator (bank accounts, private assets, etc.) and the sports betting software is also worthless?

Did Yan also tell you to which country he wants to emigrate?

Well, we thought PowerBet might be making a move to clean up their act and get back in the good graces with the sportsbetting community, but now they have gone quiet again.

I really think they would make more money in the long run if they just bite the bullet and return all confiscated or frozen funds. Then they could attract a lot more customers who are currently scared off by the bad reputation they have earned. In the end, that would lead to a lot more revenue than they have currently confiscated from a few players.

Maybe new management will come in and consider that.
Good to know that you have multiple personalities!

Why do you not take the swissbet software and open a sports betting site yourself if you are such an expert in regards to the rentability of sports betting sites?

As the Bitcoin price rised, it is only 5% of the amount owed (read the article).

I agree to escrow the 5% and after I filed the criminal complaints at the police in Switzerland and where the gaming server is, I will receive the escrowed amount.

Follow up with the authorities is also included.

Actually my won/lost balance at powerbet .io is close to zero, but I have deposited huge amount.

Powerbet:

"Your withdrawal ability has been temporarily disabled because your account has been flagged for investigation regarding multi-accounting suspicion

Regarding the investigation duration, unfortunatelly it's a rather lenghty one since your betting activity is almost identical with the activity of a large number of players, most of the bets being placed on minor leagues.
Since we have to annalyze each of this accounts in order to clearly establish any possible associations, at this point we cannot give you a rigourous estimation on the investigation end."

Today I wrote an email to Powerbet. 20 minutes later I got the answer:

"Hi,

Your account has been re-enabled for withdrawals.

Kind regards,

I logged in my account and yes, my account was reenabled for withdrawals. Withdrawal requested: The money transfer was instant.  Smiley Smiley

Powerbet,

With football season approaching, you could be signing up hundreds of new users who would generate a lot more money for you than the amount you are currently freezing. You cannot grow your business much as long as you have this bad reputation across the sportsbook industry and forums from freezing funds just because some people went on a winning streak.

Why not do the right thing and have an Amnesty program, unfreezing everyone's funds and thereby rehabilitating your reputation. You will come out far ahead in the long run as you will once again have a chance to market and promote your sportsbook and sign up many more users well into the future. Otherwise you will be stuck with just a few signups who stumble onto you without having read the negative things posted about you in the forums, but you will never be able to grow much beyond that.

It's the right thing to do ethically and if that's not enough, it's the right thing to do from a business, marketing and public relations standpoint.
If their business model was successful, they would have not started to defraud customers!

Now, with an unlike lower traffic, from where should they suddenly have all the embezzled player funds?

Maybe you missed it, but their loot raised 4x as Bitcoin moved from $1,000 to $4,000!

Scams are unmoderated on bitcointalk and they can do whatever they want, but the identity of the company and people behind the powerbet.io website are known and the victims can file criminal complaints or request court orders in Switzerland.

The only reason why powerbet can continue with this scam is because no one of the victims is willing to spend a small percentage of the money owed to initiate legal action!

If you are not willing to enforce your claim for a small contribution, then you get what you deserve.

If you consider that no one was willing to sue them in Switzerland, I do not think that they run.

Considering the dumbness of the victims, they will probably start another sports betting site under a new name. The Bitcoins they have stolen are now worth several $100,000s!

You do realize that filing a case against a gambling site needs the complainant with you?
Can you translate your question to readable English?

Which means you cannot represent them with only the words you have collected online, even if you collect evidences online against powerbet your case won't push through to  the court as they will render those evidences as invaluable.
Based on which laws will the court render evidences of the scam as invaluable? Are you mentally ill or are you a clairvoyant?

Interesting to see how signature spam promoters and brain washer of illegal gambling sites know everything about evidences and court/police proceedings!  Roll Eyes

No wonder that 99,9% of the victims are not willing to spend anything to enforce their claim, because they are brain washed by signature spammers and brain washers like you!

If 100 brain washers say that the earth is quadratic, then it is quatradic even though it is round. Cheesy wash, wash, wash...

They need to be physically present in front of a prosecutor which I believe you are not doing based on the words you are using.
In Switzerland you can file a criminal complaint to the police online. I do not know if you can also start a court case online (like in the UK), but if not, then you simply hire a lawyer in Switzerland who will start the court case on your behalf.

Do you think anyone is actually dumb enough to send you 2BTC in advance so you get 6BTC back from someone who scammed them?
Are your morals so low that you're trying to scam people who were already scammed  Huh

This is exactly what they do: they rely on the despair of cheated people to extort more money from them.
Low life scammer in my opinion.

2BTC? Game Protect asks for a donation in the height of 5% in advance, in this case 0.3BTC. Liar number19 was dumb enough to send 6BTC to the powerbet scam and if he is not dumb enough to send 0.3BTC to enforce his 6BTC, then it is his problem and not mine.

Some mentally ill blatant liars might missed that part, but Game Protect did not send any Bitcoins to the powerbet scam and did not lose anything!

According to your brain wash theories, enforcing money owed through legal channels is scamming? You surely also mean that killing someone is giving him kisses and raping is shaking hands, right?

This is how you want to wash the brains of your victims to keep them abused?

Asking 2 BTC to be paid upfront in order to recover 6 btc to a person who was scammed.

Despite from the point that I have all rights to ask for whatever I like, can you please show us where I asked for 2 BTC?

What is the sense of referring to this nonsense?

Why RHavar did not open a Scam Accusation as required by forum rules?

Quote from: RHavar

game-protect is a scammer that preys on victims. He offers and charges for quasi-legal services, but hides behind anonymity and clearly has zero legal experience.

If you require legal service, seek a licensed lawyer.

He also writes fake cases like: https://game-protect.com/bitcasino-scam/ to mislead people.

Where he claims to have helped recover 1.7 million dollars. In the words of the very person he claims to have helped:

"""
he had no part in with regards to a resolution, I have contacted him personally to remove the article referencing what I said and what you have said from his website as it is fraudulent and taken out-of-context, thus misappropriating my statements for personal gain.

Enforcing money owed through legal channel isn't scamming, but asking for money upfront for a service you most probably won't deliver raises too many red flags.

You asked for it here.

Asking for a retainer in advance like most lawyers do is suddenly not scamming, but raising red flags?

Are your morals so low that you're trying to scam people who were already scammed  Huh

Why most probably won't deliver?

Can you show us your probability calculation?
