I guess somewhat because of bitcoin, criminality has raised, sadly hackers and phishers are being the ones responsible for this, and because of it bitcoin is being declared illegal onto some countries, in this case bitcoin will have a hard time and other cryptocurrencies to manage this, online may not be reliable because of tons of hackers, this would be hard for each cryptocurrency to gain such popularity they need.

The government can track the transaction through exchange, unless they can find exchanger in private market.

I have just watched a facebook video exposing some scam using bitcoin - the guys said that criminals give 10% of all the money they laundered with exchange (possibly private exchange) so if they laundered 10 million dollars worth of bitcoin, the exchange get 1 million worth.

Yes law enforcement of some countries will investigating bitcoin. They investigate it because some unfortunate events happen in our community. Some bad people who buy drug and weapons with bitcoin. We will not accept those people in our community. Our community have some standards. We will not going to do bad activities with bitcoin which is related to crime by violating any state law.

But this is not a problem related with bitcoin. Every thing has some good and bad aspects. We can buy drugs and weapons with money.

Ponzi happens every day, everywhere. In cryptocurrency market, not hard to see the ponzi project or even, ponzi group trade, buy/sell altcoin. The forms of ponzi is also changed a lot since the price cryptocurrency market became famous in finance world. Pump/dump groups and ICO lending are two forms I knew until today in this year.
