Transaction Pending a Long day and never confirmed and date received changed

Hei, i want to ask this guys. I received BTC on this TXID : b00107c810d281640bb889ea2679c794bef4ca2e609cadaf52ff6461436d3314

The problem is, i wait a long time but its never confirmed until now even i use viabtc again and again.

And this is the next problem.
You see the txid says received on 20 may 2017. But the truth i received it on 11 May, i still have on my mail about notice if i got received that.

Can someone help me ? Or did you have suggestion for this and explain it to me?

1. The transaction uses a fee that is too low... ~60 sats/byte... recommended fees have been well over 200 sats/byte for at least a week, if not 2... Tell whomever sent you this transaction to start using proper fees!

2. The transaction has an unconfirmed parent transaction, which also has a stupid low fee of ~60 sats/byte. Until that parent confirms, this transaction will not confirm. The unconfirmed parent is: https://blockchain.info/tx/a7eeef9207d59c7dd87be0440beb638b27ebc209edf0661db5a350f7af9adcf7

3. The date changed because somebody rebroadcast the transaction, so the "relay date" got updated.

You will need to try accelerating that parent transaction (a7eeef9207d59c7dd87be0440beb638b27ebc209edf0661db5a350f7af9adcf7) using the ViaBTC TX Accelerator first. The only have 100 slots per hour, so submit it in the first minute of a new hour or you will get "submissions beyond limit" error.

Once you have accelerated that one and it gets confirmed, then work on accelerating your b00107... transaction.
