How to make serious money by investing into Proof-of-stake – PoS

Hey guys,

I see a lot of threads here about where to invest BTC or how to make BTC. I also get a lot of questions, especially from new crypto issuers, where to invest BTC long term, what is safe and what brings money.
So, here is something I have been using for the last 2.5 years and it has brought me nothing but profits – DMD Diamond Proof of Stake system.

Before I share this with you, let me say I am a long term DMD holder and I would never share something with people without testing it first with my own money. There are no referral links here, I do want to see DMD Diamond community grow but only because this is very nice coin and even better related services. I do not personally get any fee if u decide to join or not, DMD Diamond represents favorite part of my personal portfolio and I simply would like to share info about it, especially with new crypto users who might be less familiar with PoS.

How does DMD Diamond Proof of stake system work?

For those of you who might be unfamiliar with PoS, the easiest way to present it is as a form of mining which does not require ASIC, graphic cards of any significant hardware investment.  All you need to do is to buy coins, place them in your wallet, let them mature for 9 days and these coins will stake and generate new coins.  The current PoS rate is 25%, which means you will get 25% interest for your staking coins.  In other words, once you acquire DMD, it becomes interest bearing asset with significant returns.  You can find more info on DMD Diamond home page - https://bit.diamonds/

There are several ways to make money with DMD Diamond and I have personally tested each and every one of them.

1. Simply buy DMD Diamond, put them in your wallet and let them stake at current rate.  All you need to do is to unlock your wallet for staking and you will start receiving new coins. This process resembles classic PoW mining, just without excessive heat, noise or electricity bill which generate classic GPU rigs or ASIC machines.  All in all Proof-of-stake is much more advanced form of “mining”, that is why Etherum is going to switch to PoS   sometime in the future.  The main DMD Diamond exchange is Bittrex, here is the link - https://bittrex.com/Market/Index?MarketName=BTC-DMD
 
2. DMD masternode system. This is a new DMD Diamond investment option which will become available in the next two months. It requires 10k DMD and a static IP address to be able to get masternode receipts. Once you setup your masternode, you should be getting 10 DMD per masternode per day on average. This system will distribute around 1000 per day between all active masternodes.  During the first year or so, DMD team expects to have around 100 masternodes, so this would result in 10 DMD per masternode per day on average. Make sure to understand this is a rough estimate since the system will be active in July/August 2017 when more precise info will be available. Even more interesting option is to set up your masternode and to send receipts from that node to your DMD Diamond staking wallet. This way you get paid from your masternodes and your receipts continue staking and generating even more DMD.  All in all, this is again very advanced staking system which is used by several large coins, Dash, for example. It is also significantly more advanced compared to classic mining.
 
3. Invest into DMD cloudmining. Differently from lots of other cloud mining services we have seen available in crypto economy, DMD cloudmining is a much more superior investment vehicle which grants you regular, hassle free, flowing stream of Diamonds. The system is designed in such way where people who have not reached ROI receive increased DMD Diamond payouts in order to recoup their funds as soon as possible. Once you reach ROI, you will keep receiving DMD payouts at a standard rate.  In other words, it is designed to make sure you ROI as fast as possible and then keep earning from your DMD Diamonds as well as your cloudmining shares. This is NOT a get rich quick option, it is a long term investment but it is a one which I have extensively used and I was quite happy with regular payments.  
 
4. DMD Diamond multipool system. It is very easy to set it up and it is another hassle free mining system which will bring you more Diamonds to stake or use into masternodes. However, if you are a more experienced miner, you can use more advanced mining options if you prefer. The accent here again is on simplicity, DMD Diamond multipool is a set it and forget it option, once you set it up, it can operate hands free for as long as you want. Also, make sure to understand by using DMD Diamond multipool, you again have opportunity to earn from two revenue streams, you get DMD Diamonds from mining via Nicehash and after u get you coins you can send them to your wallet to stake and generate additional income. 5. DMD scarcity. The number of DMD Diamonds is limited to 4.38 million and this crypto is very, very scarce. Scarcity combined with all these different way to make money push the price up and limit availability of new coins. I strongly believe this will continue in the future, this coin can go quite high.

If a price drop further than 25% is somewhere on the way, then even the absurd 25% annually doesn't sound that great no matter what the altcoin bearing the returns is.

Ok, You can of course transfer your bitcoins into dollars and euros and expect the end of the fall in them, but in my view, investing in profitable POS coins will be more profitable.
Diamond, unlike other POS coins, has the exact number of coins in the system 4.38 million (2.1 million already mined) and final inflation, so the risk here is minimal.

dmd multipool can be used with and btc payout multipool

because of actual btc tx fees nicehash payouts come only at minimum balance 0.1

Diamond is Proof of Stake, while Bitcoin and most major altcoins (even ETH for now) are Proof of Work.  This means that new coins are rewarded to users based on how much of the coin they already own instead of the hashrate they have to support the network.

From the perspective of someone who wants to earn profit, it's about steady increases in their stake in the coin, along with the usual crypto price fluctuations.

It's always impossible to tell with these things, considering changes in difficulty and price.

Online wallets for small coins are always crap and scammy.  The diamond wallet is very basic, just one .exe file.

In fact, this installer is just a small addition.
I have always used the launch of a wallet on a removable disk via a shortcut.
This does not cause any problems.
You can also download and unpack the archive with blockchain.

If circulating numbers for this coin is fixed... then what happens when all coins have been mined? I have been around for a long time in crypto and I think my trust rating tells you whether I m honest or not. Furthermore, I have also openly disclosed I m a long term DMD Diamond holder.
Placing all that aside, I sincerely believe DMD will reach $5 some time in the future. I was around when DMD Diamond was 12 cents and look at the price now. It s about to reach 4 years as a result of hard work and determination of the dev team as well as support of the out great community.

Whether it s too late depends on how persistent you can be in storing DMD Diamonds and what do you want to achive. Most of us inside DMD posses that "hamster" mentality where we like to store and stake out precious coin. If you fit that type of person where you want your coins to act as a store of value over time while staking and generating additional interest for you, then DMD s an excellent opportunity and it s never too late. If you want simply to speculate on the price, DMD should not be your preferable choice. The entire DMD program has been envisaged as stable and long term income stream while preserving and increasing value of your investment.

True, getting as much as possible as soon as possible is something I think would be smart since masternode program will roll out in July/August and at that point hunt for DMD Diamonds s going to be even harder since 10k DMD is requires for a single masternode. Each and every person having 9400 or 19200 or 28300 coins will try to round up that number to 10k per masternode and the only way to get that fast is by buying coins.

Finally, I do suggest to take advantage of DMD Diamond multipool and cloudmining program, they also add additional DMD income streams which can increase you bag of coins.
Having said all this, potential risk are always there, take that into consideration when decide whether to join us or not. After all, I m also crypto holder and investor and not a DMD cheerleader.

Unfortunately, I cannot provide exact data for this since my first DMD Diamond purchases and investments took place almost 3 years ago when this coin was 12 cents. Since current price is 10x that, it s obvious I have ROIed long time ago. I do not think we re even close to the optimal DMD price and I think it ll continue to go up. However, I m not a pumper here, I do post this in order to try to pump the price based on unrealistic expectations. I simply try to point out and share info about this great project. 4 years old PoS coin, great dev team, not a single scandal or scammed person, great and active community,a very nice profit potential, new services, including masternodes, to be introduced very soon. This is a long term project and long term investment, you will not get your ROI in 60 days as some speculators might expect.

I can say I ve also used DMD Diamond cloudmining, I ROIed there as well. I personally used Nicehash multipool option to increase my DMD Diamond stash and regularly stake my coins.

There s no minimum amount, you should invest as much as you feel comfortable. The more you invest, the more you can gain if things go the way we plan them to go.
Also, do not just buy bunch of coins and push the price up, dont waste your money that way. Buy bit by bit and take advantage of situations when the price is lower since it s hovering +/- 10% ATM.

There will be only 4.38 million DMD Diamonds, that s over 4x less compared to BTC. However, there s no point comparing these two, BTC s clearly king of crypto. DMD is a great way to preserve your wealth as your 2nd or 3rd cryptocurrency, something you can use to complement your portfolio. Guess what, it stakes too, which means it generates additional interest simply by holding it, staking it and not moving from your wallet. No need for expensive mining equipment or anything like that.

In total, I invested 10% of my bitcoins in DMD.
I also bought shares cloudmining.bit.diamonds But I'm sure that this project is still in the stage of deployment.

I noticed that when the price of bitcoin is falling, POW coins are falling in price even more.
But the hybrid coins POS + POW and only POS do not practically fall in price.
It seems that people are beginning to realize that you can get a good income without investing in expensive equipment for mining

Yes, you can mine it ATM but PoW will be abolished in about a month. You can use DMD multipool to mine something else via Nicehash and get paid in DMD. That s what lots of people do, indirect mining, it s quite profitable cause your coins continue to stake.

If you suggest the price is going to hit $5 then that would be like good investment with price below $1 in it. Thats like 5X the profit. 4 years for Diamond is a round date

Let's take a short look into the past for Bitcoin.
An interesting historical fact.
The project bitcoin started in 2008.
But February 9, 2011 (4 years after the appearance), 1 bitcoin cost $ 1, after which there was a long decline.
March 23-24 BTC reached parity with the euro and the British pound.
On June 2, the cost of one BTC was $ 10, and in a week it shot up to $ 31.91.

I do not want to grow here a direct relation with the growth stages of Diamond, but you will agree that there is some similarity in the dynamics of development
