I'm guessing that it was rebroadcasted . I'm not familiar in green address but usually most wallets are rebroadcasting unconfirmed transactions if you leaved it open .
i have been trying to put on viabtc, but still no lucky submitted exceed limit.
Hopes any1 can help me to put it on viabtc or push my transaction to miner.
Thanks for read.
There is an hourly limit of 100 TX's on viabtc plus tons of people are already using it so the correct approach on this is to try and try . Although in your case, I doubt viabtc will accept your transaction . Why? I viewed your transaction on blocktrail here:
https://www.blocktrail.com/BTC/tx/3b4691957f30205b046d8b68f1dffcdf94745282871e9811886992be78a87e9b . Where you can see that it contains dust output . The Easiest solution would be is to contact a miner directly to confirm this for you (Quickseller, macbook-air)
I don't know if this will work but it also says there opt-in rbf right? it means you can replace a unconfirmed transaction but with a higher fee .
Here is a great guide for that in your case:
https://bitcoinmagazine.com/articles/greenaddress-is-first-bitcoin-wallet-to-launch-replace-by-fee-bitcoin-transactions-miner-adoption-slow-1463516896/Also refer to this regarding miner fees:
https://bitcoinfees.21.co/ . So 330/byte is the fastest and the cheapest, Your transaction size is 1,371(bytes)*330 = 452430 sats should be the miner fee or higher,
The point of it is miners always prioritizes transactions with higher fees .
