The spread between South Korean and the western exchanges too huge, this is a good trading arbitrage for those that have huge fund for trading
I feel it is too risky as all the exchanges around the globe are moving so fast and the convergences of prices are taking place time to time but few Asian markets are leading in between times.

I speculate bitcoin prices are moving toward $5000 levels as short term target (long term target must be $10000 by end of this year) so simply trading bitcoin itself will be more profitable rather than getting struck with arbitrage trading.

We are seeing something very good, who would say that the prediction of some analysts would become reality, not that I am belittling the analysts, but because so many times they failed in their forecasts that even I stopped believing their predictions

It is unbelievable that such price was only in South Korea. I suppose the price should be the same over the world, and yes, it can be some little difference on exchangers, because of they set the price themselfs.
The differences in prices like always comes from a supply and demand, while technically you can buy and sell bitcoin anywhere in the world, if there is not much bitcoin to go around then it makes sense the price gets higher, in localbitcoins the price are even higher since all of those people trying to sell there are traders and want to obtain a premium over the current price and if many people want to buy at once that only makes the price even higher than it is.

The price of bitcoins have reached more than 3352$ in india which is way beyond the international market .it is due to the high demand of bitcoins in the indian market likewise as is is happening in south korea.
