Sapphire Nitro RX 580 4GB Bios Mod didn't change the hashing speed?

I have 6x Sapphire Nitro RX 580 4GB cards that are currently modded with the new rom that I made. I only changed the 1:2000 straps with the 1:1750. After saving and flashing with ATIWinFlash and rebooting, I did run claymore dual mining again to see if I could get more than 24.5 mh/s but seriously nothing changed much! Anyone facing the same problem?

I started with the 1500 memory straps and a clock speeds of of 2050 and 1150 on my 4 gigs.  That's gotten me to 26.5, but I'm going to try custom straps next week if nobody has found anything better.

Could you post a screenshot or share your rom? I am not sure how to or where to do this..
