Because people who interested on crypto mostly using twitter than facebook , also twitter has been used for promoting ICO and new crypto project long time ago, it such a better place for promoting something that people who interested on your product are assemble out there. 1000 sat at least seems reasonable at first..it will have a cap of almost 20m$ if it will be like that, I think it will do good to start the project and help it grow more and more while developing.
