Good idea sir. Buyers and direct entrants meet for sale and purchase. So there is no third person (realtor). So we can direct the original price of the entrants.
If there is a third party the price can be unstable and because the third party can play the main price. An incredible idea sir. The concept of direct sales, good.

Is that official? Why don't have one website and adds it a feature to switch the language instead? Just curious because as you know, the website will be used to gather funds, if there's a clone or any else that's having the purpose to confuse the investors and traps them. Might be a bad idea for the project.
Better to stick with one website, just my opinion though.

Well op will announce the ico price today in this thread as you can see on the post above, so just stay tuned here there's nothing you can find on signature campaign's thread there are no updates and information about this project out there, all you have to do just watching this thread and make sure to join their official slack follow their twitter account for more information and updates from the developer.

Announcement of SunContract Tokensale

We are glad to announce our final date of tokensale for development of SunContract platform. Campaign will initiate on Wednesday, June 28th and will last for four weeks until July 25th. Exact start will be at 3PM UTC time.

We will raise funds only in Ether. ICO price of SNC token will be as followed:
-   First week (from June 28th to July 4th) 1 ETH will be worth 11.500 SNC;
-   Second week (from July 5th to July 11th) 1 ETH will be worth 11.000 SNC;
-   Third week (from July 12th to July 18th) 1 ETH will be worth 10.500 SNC;
-   Fourth week (from July 19th to July 25th) 1 ETH will be worth 10.000 SNC;

We will send exact instructions on your email so everyone interested in participating in our tokensale has to subscribe on our mailing list on suncontract.org. Did you even read the signature campaign thread ? It is for promoting SNC while the payout is in bitcoin ! Not the ICO thread.

Firstly we will start with EU countries because market in EU is complitely liberate. Then we will prodice globally. Basically we will try to start as global as we will be able but European market is the most prepaired for our platform right now.
