The project will go on the same way as if they would collect 100.000 ETH, just not that fast as it is predicted in the whitepaper.

Yes. But with platform fees we plan to further develop our product. Though it will take more time in that case.

Private wallet is recommended for contribution. Smart Contract automatically returns SNC to address from where ETH came. That is why you do not need any account.

Let's say I live in one of central Europe country, how will I pay my electricity bill using SNC token instead of my current provider?

Simply by joining SunContract pool. You will sign an agreement with SunContract and everything else will be performed by platform.

And more or less, how many months/years from now you think it's possible? Let's say for Germany or Poland?

Perhaps yes, it could be spammy. Not that its involvement with the community resembles a spam campaign but certain activities could be spammy though I would not say that it's an utter spam in every sense of the word and thus everything that has been done has a spamming nature, etc sending excessive amount of ads to subscribers' emails but it could be spammy in a sense that it depends on massive advertising campaign more than other projects, this is what could cause mild annoyance among those who has devoted their free time to support sordid and almost spammy project that, they know, will become more spammy in the future.
