Have a question, I have around 0.13 for mixing but instead of getting 0.128 + 0.002 I've got a bunch of smaller chips. Is there any way I can get larger amounts?

How long does support typically take to get back to you? I sent a request 2 days ago and haven't heard anything yet. I seem to be missing part of a deposit and need help!

missing partial deposit in what sense? can you elaborate?
but don't tell us the addresses or any sensitive details Wink
- is it that you made 2 deposits but only 1 gets credited?
- or you sent something like 0.0125 but only received 0.008 + 0.004 ? 0.0005 is auto donated
- or some amount cannot be withdrawn? the site is out of that chip size and you need to get voucher instead

Sure thing, I've used the service before without any issues. This time I deposited 1 amount, and went to step 2. My computer crashed but I had the key saved so I was able to restore the session. When I got back in, there was a small amount in there but the full amount hasn't loaded. For example lets say I put in 0.2, and there was only 0.01 in the session. I'm not sure where the issue is.

That seems definitely off, and if this is really the case i'm pretty sure it could be fixed rather easily by simply sending a ticket that includes the txid where it says you transferred 0.2 instead of the 0.01 you were credited.

Hi there I recently imported some private keys from Chipmixer to Electrum and saw the balance pending... I restarted my computer and came back to find there is no balance at all and no history of the transaction. I still have my used Chipmixer vouchers but not the session ID... are you able to trace from the used voucher codes and re send me my private keys please? I sent an email to your account almost 2 days ago from nass1123@live.co.uk with my vouchers attached.

My session expires soon so need help as soon as possible please.

he wouldn't even need to extend it if he saved the session token or url
if he can open/restore his session, he can get the private key himself
he forgot his session ID, didn't save the private key and there was problem after importing to his electrum

i still have the voucher references used and session ID which i will send to chipmixer to see if they can trace anything.
so which session ID you have that you mentioned in the other thread?

Sorry I thought I had the session ID but it turns out it’s not for the same session as it won’t show me the private keys on step 3. I only have the used vouchers. I will send another email to chipmixer.

While they do monitor and respond here time to time, they are more active in their support emails. If you've already submitted a ticket, sit tight; they'll respond to you within a few days. Historically speaking, they've gone above and beyond to help out their customers, so you should be okay.

Update guys, chipmixer have now replied they have provided me with the private keys. Thanks a lot for the help will remember it for next time!
