Does ChipMixer work as a means to make bitcoin transaction invisible?
Every transaction is visible on blockchain. ChipMixer innovation is about changing ownership not on blockchain, which makes it invisible.

Typical mixing process takes at least two transactions - deposit and withdrawal:
1 - now - your deposit of funds
2 - up to 24 hours - your withdrawal of funds

ChipMixer is different:
1 - few days/weeks ago - other user's deposit is split into chips, funding private keys
2 - now - your deposit of funds

Because ChipMixer funds private keys long before your visit, they cannot be linked with your transaction.
Wow! That's awesome and I guess the donation amount is small too for the services since users don't have to worry about the KYC thing. I suggest you guys to have a thread in Chinese and other language which their government implement KYC.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Welcome on board ChipMixer and it nice to have guys on here. But there something I don't really understand concerning the function of the ChipMixer and I want to know if I'm correct or not. Does ChipMixer work as a means to make bitcoin transaction invisible?
Thank you

If you want to keep your anonymity with being untraceable you need to use ChipMixer service.
I guess you already know about bitcoin transaction tracking.Somebody who knows one of your recently used bitcoin address can track and check your transactions. For example:

I send you BTC from address  X to address Y.
Blockchain  shows output from my btc address (X) and input to your btc address (Y)
When using mixer service you send your coins to mixing pool (Z= X+nX+....+Y+nY)
"ChipMixer uses fixed amount "chips" of Bitcoin, that are funded before your deposit even arrives to process your withdraws, and lets you withdraw a private key, letting you pick the delay of time before you get the funds."  You  will got new fresh mixed chips: nXY Smiley
Now you have new address with private key which doesnt have any relation to "old" btc address.

I know you are wearing their signature but shouldn't you address the concern which I raised?
I know that I'm wearing the signature of a competitor, that is actually the only reason I'm here in the first place.
Destroying this business and promote my own is my job as it is the rule of the market/business.

You're not really working for Bitmixer though.  Your signature campaign manager is Lauda, and Lauda is independent from Bitmixer.  Lauda should be the only person checking through your posts, and no one should care whether or not you're promoting Bitmixer.

Regardless, the point of a campaign isn't to be an arse to everyone, nor to promote the service in your signature directly.  If everyone did that, there would be plenty more gambling addicts on here...
Quote from: digaran
They didn't include what I'm doing as a must in their campaign but since I'm getting paid hundreds of dollars every month if I let this slide then I might not be getting payments at all, so this isn't personal but rather business just being practical.
Once again, Bitmixer do not care if you specifically are getting paid, unless they think that the campaign is rampant with spammers.

The point is to prevent blockchain analysis by removing all ties to anyone except the mixer.  You receive a wallet directly from the mixer instead of a payment from it, so it changes the mixing process.

I can't see a lot of Bitcoin mixing service users scrambling to give their identity to the authorities...

In business you don't go cuddle and give a BJ to the competition, you go for the weak points and crush them out of their jobs.
Survival of the fittest bitches, if you are not ready for such an environment then you'll get crushed and killed. bitches right? lol

No they are in love with me and my posts are bringing them millions of dollars.
Quote from: Iranus

I never said anything about Lauda, and "Lauda" doesn't care what I post as long as they are somehow constructive and not off topic.

Actually besides the signature being seen being a point for a signature campaign, advertising and promoting a service when you have the chance to do so is another point of campaigns.

They don't care, but I do care, it might not be worth my time to get involved like now, what does that say about me if I didn't react when there was a perfect opportunity to kill the competition? and not without a good reason though.

And my point is to know how can I send several transactions to chipmixer and some body else some where else on the planet which already has given an address to me and is waiting for a specific amount to that address?
When I made a deal to send for example 1.75BTC to him and I don't want to pay the fees twice and want to send him a transaction with one output being 1.75BTC while chipmixer has no idea how I might want my output to be to prepare it for me, I might want a random amount every time so should I call first to make an appointment? lol or conveniently use a mixer such as Bitmixer?

I feel like posting more self-referential and somewhat ironic things about signature campaigns would be spam from me... so this is my last response.

In business you don't go cuddle and give a BJ to the competition, you go for the weak points and crush them out of their jobs.
Survival of the fittest bitches, if you are not ready for such an environment then you'll get crushed and killed. bitches right? lol
You're not in business.  Bitmixer is a business and you are not affiliated to them.  Furthermore, the main aim of a business like Bitmixer is to appeal to the consumer - by openly insulting other groups using arguments with no actual merit, they would lose credibility, and thus profit.  It's a good thing that you don't work for them.
Quote from: digaran
I never said anything about Lauda
You're right, you didn't.  And Lauda is the person who moderates your posts, not Bitmixer, which was my point.  Thanks for confirming that, mate.

Quote from: digaran
what does that say about me if I didn't react when there was a perfect opportunity to kill the competition? and not without a good reason though.
It would say that you don't go shitting on threads for no actual reason.  Capitalism promotes selfishness, but you're not even being selfish in a scenario where it's necessary.  I feel like you're the type that would start loads of threads yelling "I told you so" if these guys scammed everyone, and go eerily silent if Bitmixer did.

Quote from: digaran

This paragraph, on an objective grammatical level, makes no sense.  I'm genuinely confused, you could clear that up for me and we could get back to real discussions about the mixer.

Like, "And my point is to know how can I send several transactions to chipmixer and some body else some where else on the planet which already has given an address to me and is waiting for a specific amount to that address?"  You're descending into gibberish.

Here I simplify it for you:
I have 0.4 in address A, 0.4 in address B, 0.45 in address C and trying to sell 1.2 to address D which some body gave it to me to send 1.2 to him and is waiting for me to send him 1.2BTC.
When I'm using Bitmixer I could send 3 transactions and the extra 0.05 I consider as fees, so I send Bitmixer 1.25 and they will send 1.2 to the address D.

SO you admit that you're posts here aren't in the interest in adding to the thread discussion and original topic, but rather to earn your pay for a post. You should watch yourself with these posts and admitting that you're only in it for the income. There's very little tolerance for blatantly breaking the expectations of signature campaign posters.

Destroying this business and promote my own is my job as it is the rule of the market/business.
Your attacks only hurt the Bitmixer brand...does someone needed mixing services want to work with a company that attacks their competition? Or a company like ChipMixer that wants to help the entire Bitcoin community?

...
What if I wanted to send some coins from several addresses and then send their balances to one address which I don't own or control, should I simply send private keys to the buyer of my coins while he gave me an address and I have no means of communicating to let him know and even if I did then he wouldn't put his trust in me knowing I have the private keys.
Here I simplify it for you:
I have 0.4 in address A, 0.4 in address B, 0.45 in address C and trying to sell 1.2 to address D which some body gave it to me to send him 1.2 to him and is waiting for me to send him 1.2BTC.
When I'm using Bitmixer I could send 3 transactions and the extra 0.05 I consider as fees, so I send Bitmixer 1.25 and they will send 1.2 to the address D.
I honestly don't see what the problem is? Your big beef with chipmixer is that you don't think you can send to some given address because all you have is private keys and supposedly no way to contact the person you're dealing with? (one wonders how you setup the deal in the first place? Huh)...

Anyway... Ignoring the fact that this seems like a fairly "edge case" scenario, your argument ignores the fundamental rule of Bitcoin that if you have the private keys, you can control the coins.

Why can't you just execute a sweep transaction that sends the contents of the private keys provided by Chipmixer directly to the "Mystery Man" waiting for his 1.2? Huh There is no rule that a sweep must go to an address in your wallet...

And just in case that is not clear, I'll simplify it for you:

So, send the contents of AddressA, AddressB and AddresC to Chipmixer... they give you a bunch of chips... because you're such a swell guy you "donate" 0.05 BTC worth of chips... collect the keys for the 1.2 BTC remaining... and then "sweep" them to AddressD...

All this kind of reminds me of a common saying:

While I agree with your post, this part is not accurate. Sweeping is an on-chain transaction and it takes fee. If you try to sweep 1.2 BTC then Mystery Man will receive 1.2 - miners fee and as we all know, Mystery Man does not like receiving less than they asked so it is better to not to donate and send everything to Mystery Man. And hope he will be pleased.

Jokes aside, an easy procedure with Electrum wallet:
a) Click "File" then "New"
b) Name the wallet an identity you want to link your funds with. Ie. "Customer A of Mystery Man"
This ensures that bitcoins you have received from mixer will not leak into your other wallets that were not mixed. Mystery Man will not know that you are also Customer B or that you have 100 BTC in cold storage.
c) Click "Normal wallet" then "Import priv keys"
d) Paste chip's private keys
e) Use wallet as you normally would. When it is empty, delete it.

I'm not increasing my post count with nonsense or off topic, what you did is a post for pay, I have less than 10 posts here and I'm posting averagely 45 in a week.
I have no intention to accuse/attack any body here, I'm not calling any body a scammer here, all I said was that I have the incentive to be here and discuss with reason, if you want to see it as an attack then so be it.
My point here is that as a Bitcoin user if I ever wanted to mix my coins then a service such as Bitmixer is more convenient for me to use, yes I know I can simply send coins in those chips to an address which only I have access to it's private key, but as I said it, more convenient.

Now @chipmixer: are you melting the coins you are receiving or how would you deal with the tainted coins if not melting them?

Destroying this business and promote my own is my job as it is the rule of the market/business.
In business you don't go cuddle and give a BJ to the competition, you go for the weak points and crush them out of their jobs.
Survival of the fittest bitches, if you are not ready for such an environment then you'll get crushed and killed. bitches right? lol

Really? Seems like you missed your calling as a politician... with such a short memory and natural talent for back tracking... Roll Eyes

If you wanted to "discuss with reason"... maybe spend a little less time on chest-beating and juvenile 'size' tags... and a bit more time putting some thought into your criticism and/or "reasoned" debate...

By "melting" you mean sending them as a fee and retrieving them as a miner? No.
We take the deposit and split it into chips. When you receive private keys from ChipMixer, you can also get a receipt signed by us which says "chips for those addresses were withdrawn from ChipMixer".
Idea of "taint" is not based on physical property of bitcoins, but on probability of retaining ownership. Chips you receive from ChipMixer are older than your deposit so it is impossible that you retain ownership of the same bitcoins.

I'm glad with the respond you guys gave Digaran because he dramatic wanted to increase his post and in other to achieve that he had to make a botched attempt at my Signature campaign and this is bad of you. There are many ways you can promote can signature campaign but not this way.
Now you're asking the ChipMixer dev if they melting the coins they received?

I would bet good money that neither you nor digaran have ever used this mixer.  Sig spam has reached a new paradigm.

How do you guys avoid paying extravagant transaction fees while you send bitcoin into different chips, some smaller, some larger?

When I sweeped a 0.001 btc chip I got 0.0003btc. I can imagine how much fees you have to deal with on a daily basis while funding these chips. How do you do it??

I know that I'm wearing the signature of a competitor, that is actually the only reason I'm here in the first place.
I'm not increasing my post count with nonsense or off topic, what you did is a post for pay, I have less than 10 posts here and I'm posting averagely 45 in a week.

It only takes one post where you admit that the only reason you're making the comment is to get paid from the post for you to get blacklisted from most campaigns. Lauda, particularly, has very little paitence for that shit...and you set a bad example for everyone else. My comment was a warning to you...don't ignore it.

As for ChipMixer, it's great that there is finally a mixing service that truly anonymizes the transactions. That's what bitcoin mixers are for. And if the owner of the transaction can't mix the size, quantity, and timing of the outbound transactions from the mixer the service being provided is just smoke and mirrors. People can see through smoke and they can look behind mirrors. These games don't exist at ChipMixer!

I think the admin of the site does get some donations from users that like the site service and from the amount of donations collected, the admin are still able to handle the transaction fees but in my opinion as the site gets more and more popular in the future, more donations might be needed to handle the huge volume of transaction fees.

We pay miners fee like everyone else. Chips are not required to be used instantly, so we can set low fee. When user receives the private key, they can set whatever fee they want.

It has been cleared and even said several times that the main source if income is not the donation and the moment the donation is not commensurate with the costs being incurred, then collects fees will be levied for users which is something I feel is the right to do for a mixing service giving control to private keys which is something not common around here.

Based on what I read right now I might as well try this.

I would like to suggest to do some transalations especially to those who are not that great with English so they can comprehend this more. That includes translation of the ANN thread and the site itself so they can understand it more clearly and surely increase the number of users using ChipMixer.
