I would say nothing but when I have read your explanation, I see that I clearly match your criteria.
Just in case DS_ takes a while to reply you, allow me to “ease your pain”.
Matching the criteria is only the first step, step number two is competing against whoever passes the first step, and no campaign can accept everyone who "matches the criteria".
This campaign unlike most others focuses on different boards rather than picking the “best” candidates despite where they post. The scope of your local board may be too small, a language which 100 million people use cannot have the same “share” as another language that is only used by 10 million. There is also another factor; the boards which you are active in, may be “saturated” by other already existing Chipmixer members.
There is a good chance that you are in general a better member than many who were accepted, not being accepted does not always mean, you are terrible, sometimes you just got to blame your luck and move on.
I want to know what shall I do or change to have a better chance next time?
Another point I would like to make is that skewing in most cases is terrible, for an example, I am very active in the mining board and I know almost everyone who is active there. I see some people try hard and they do not seem to blend in well due to lack of knowledge, interest or both, and you can easily spot them, simply because they don't have what it takes.
It is either you are good at something or you are not, you cannot force yourself to post in boards you are not comfortable with just to be accepted, it will be so obvious and you will unlikely to be accepted.
In my opinion the best thing to do would be to focus on the boards, which you enjoy the most and obviously, you are good at, try to improve yourself within those boards, and then simply wait for your turn. In other words: just be yourself, and let it come to you, do not desperately follow it.
The above is a general advice to everyone who was not accepted, it is based on my own personal observations which may be totally different from DarkStar_’
