How do I check the balance on a green dot moneypak before using it?

1. Sign up for an online account at www.greendot.com
2. Go to the add funds tab at the top of the page
3. Select "Add funds using MoneyPak."
4. Type in the MoneyPak code then click continue.
5. The next page will tell you the MoneyPak balance. You will have the option of adding the funds or not adding the funds. But it tells you the balance before you add.

Alternatively, you may also be able to do this over the phone.

You may be able to do this using PayPal as well, although I very rarely advocate using PayPal for anything.

Let me know how it turns out for you.

I checked the moneypak balance with paypal without adding the funds to paypal. It was easy.
