I bought ethereum 4 days ago.

My account still did not send ETH.

Did you buy ETH from poloniex or did you buy ETH from another source and send it to poloniex?

So far, there is no problem with my ETH deposit from coinbase to poloniex.

I've bought etherium from poloniex last week without any issues. I did have a delay getting more XRP though, but it eventually came through.

We all know how "fast" their support is, but have you opened a ticket?

Well open a support ticket and see if they will answer you. Lately there has been issue with Poloniex so I don't know if you are aware of it. I'm assuming if you have bought it like 4 days ago, it should be in your wallet by now. I think Poloniex right now is overloading, new casual investors are going to crypto right now because of the huge price of bitcoin and altcoin as well that's why they are really having problems. I've bought a lot of coins there as I trade on poloniex but never had problems withdrawing anything so far. Even had a big transaction where I was able to max out the daily limits of poloniex. You might have to check with them and it would be better to show that you did buy ETH and you have a withdrawal on your history.

As far as I get from your post, you have bought Ethereum on Poloniex, and tried to send your Ethereum tokens somewhere, but it didn't show up there? Is that correct? Have you withdrawn them? Is it still pending? Did you check your e-mail?
Posting a screenshot of the situation would help a lot, if you can't express it with words.

Yes, you can buy it there on Poloniex, it's not a scam site, it's the biggest exchange in the crypto world, at the moment.
