My guess is since this is proof of stake, that's some parameter on when to start calculating stake, I could be wrong. |

Newmint is the coins your stake has generated for you.
Stake is the amount of your coins that are acting as stake at the moment; once the stake generates some newmint, the stake goes back into normal pool of coins (maybe 120 or 520 or whatever blocks later actually I think).
(The 120 or 520 or whatever blocks might actually be how long the newmint takes to mature into normal usable coin.)
