How to guarantee BTC growth

This is what I've been talking about in the last 7 years I even suggested Satoshi to call bitcoin satoshi so people could be persuaded psychologically to buy more, I also demanded from US government to call cents instead of dollars., like calling $100 dollars 1000 cents.

That makes sense though but I don't know how practical that could be because I have to call 2 bitcoins as 200 billion satoshis? It will be Herculean to adopt to this system, maybe th next generation after us .
