Finally found that Adult Swim bump I was talking about like a year ago.

And it was like no one else saw this, neither my friends when I asked them about it the next day, nor did it blip on the forum (as far as I saw). Tres cool to see the writers at AS this into crypto, and interesting that this first aired in 2014 (I keep forgetting how old bitcoin has become).

So, as far as I'm aware, this bump, Family Guy, and Almost Human have directly mentioned cryptocurrencies on primetime TV.  Are there any others you guys are aware of, and how do you feel?

I'm just geeked I get to see it again, I thought I might have imagined this. But, I convinced myself that Alf wasn't real as a young adult, so I probably have some shit I need to work out.

There was also a reference to Bitcoin on the Simpsons, if you didn't already see it.



I'd probably expect South Park or F is for Family to have references to it at some point as well.

I'd probably expect South Park or F is for Family to have references to it at some point as well.

ROFL! I can see South Park, and I feel like they probably already did, those guys just have to be into cryptos.

But if they mention bitcoin in F is for Family, a 1970's themed animated sitcom, my head might explode. Would be hilarious though, if one of the stoner baggage handler dudes was Satoshi.

And while we are talking about it, people, if you have Netflix, for the love of God go watch F is for Family . If you can't relate, your parents were probably serial killers and the apple didn't fall far

I don't watch much T.V. so I had no idea about these references. The word needs to get out on more shows that are not animated though, but that's just me and my bias.

And yes, there are "ALF's" out there in the universe. The odds agree with me.

Yeah South Park very well may have already.  I'd be surprised if they didn't.  It's such a funny and intelligent show, yet I've never gotten into the habit of watching it.  The episodes that I have caught were very funny.  Being 20 seasons behind is too much though lol.

Totally true about F is for Family...I was just thinking that Bill Burr may have some references to it, but being based in the 70's...it may not.

I'm a big fan of Burr...check out his podcast is you like him...it's audio only and usually just him, but it's hilarious and he's just a good dude.

F is for Family is really good but probably not going to have references to things that didnt happen in the 1970s.
South Park could definitely have something about Bitcoin if they haven't already.

I am not a fan of all this cartoons, just don't find this humor as something funny. I am much bigger fan of Game of thrones and Mr. Robot. In the last one bitcoin was mentioned as well
