I am currently trying to verify my identity on Bitstamp.net, however I do not know whether they will accept VISA, Debit Card (Bank Central Asia https://www.bca.co.id/en) or PayPal and I believe there's a little chance on it because Kraken does not accept Credit Card, Debit Card and PayPal.

I am holding onto https://www.bitstamp.net/article/credit-card-deposits-available-again/ as a confirmation that Bitstamp accept VISA, this is literally my last hope. Although, it is a year old article.
I am no longer care about the 0.25% (Bitstamp) or 0.26% (Kraken) transcation fees, as long as I can do trades Shocked

Is there any respected Bitcoin exchange platform that accepts VISA, Debit Card and PayPal?

An exchange is going to have huge fees when It comes to these payment methods. I highly suggest applying for a Neteller card then trade with individuals on the currency exchanges, this applies to PayPal too as the fees are less while trading with people instead of companies/services.
