I am new here but not new to blockchain, I have one question which I mentioned in the subject line " where I can find a good altcoin developer"
I want to create my own altcoin + electrum wallet.

can you help me find a developer or a site providing such kind of service.

You may want to try Upwork for freelance-based cooperation, or Linkedin for more professional tackle (both personal networks & a few professional Bitcoin/ Blockchain group will do). Besides, I believe some highly accessed job portals (Monster), Blockchain/ Bitcoin dedicated communities (Reddit, Bitcointalk, Github and so on) will bring in good talent pools also. Hope it helps

Also found a website for blockchain job board named Blockgeek (https://blockgeeks.com/) which offers online courses on how to develop apps on blockchain as well. Maybe contact them to have any collaboration opportunity or reference?

walletbuilders.com offer free and paid solutions. If your idea has substance (and it will need to have substance and demonstrably be not a pump and dump) they seem to me to be as good an idea as any.
