Author Topic: Jaxx Wallet Having Problems  (Read 1864 times)

I downloaded Jaxx Wallet as a Google Chrome Extension.  First of all I Deposited Bitcoin and sent some which turned out fine.  When i started to Receive Payments I noticed that my spendable kept being zero.  I have written to support and they responded with: 
We've just recently updated our Chrome and Android versions! Please go to jaxx.io and download the latest versions for either or both platforms as it may also fix the issues you've been having. For Chrome extension is 1.2.15.1  Let us know if the update works! If not, we'll gladly extend more help your way.
When I go to Jaxx.io it tells me to start an Account and I do not see any way I can Update What I currently have. I believe I have the updated version but not sure how to find it.
I thought about Removing it from Google Chrome and Reloading but I am afraid I will loose my Bitcoin.  I also am unable to see my transactions.
I have gave all this information to their Support Team.
If anybody has any suggestions that would help me resolve this Problem, I would greatly appreciate the Help

Make sure you at least keep a copy of your password phrase (the random group of words). It will help you get back into your account on any device.

Do Not worry about that I have the 12 word phrase.  I also changed amounts receiving to another Wallet.

I used it a bit but often doesn't work or just lags etc.. Nothing major but I'm just not excited about it. I'll give it a month or two then revisit again.
