   据共同社报道，日本海上自卫队28日透露，直升机护卫舰“出云”号和护卫舰“涟”号26日至27日在南中国海与实施了“航行自由”行动的美国海军“杜威”号导弹驱逐舰进行了联合训练。
中国强烈反对美军实施“航行自由”行动。日方似乎有意通过海上自卫队最大舰艇与“杜威”号联合训练，展现日美合作制约中国的海洋活动。据悉，训练地与中国主张是其领海的南沙群岛有一段距离。
美军舰船25日进入距南沙群岛美济礁（Mischief Reef）12海里内海域，是特朗普政府上台后的首次。

 
据日本海上自卫队介绍，护卫舰未参加“航行自由”行动，联合训练中进行了编队确认和通信训练。日本护卫舰本月7日至10日也在南中国海与“杜威”号等两艘美海军舰艇实施了相同的训练。

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.
