Alright, update to my mobo issue.. Got the asrock h110 pro btc+ today and wow.. wish I would have ordered this board originally, it was practically plug and play. Had absolutely 0 issues plugging in all of my 1080ti's and the performance seems slightly better (5-15 Sols/s) on this mobo more than the original MSI board I had, which is awesome. Thanks for the recommendation, super impressed and it was a lot cheaper than the board I had originally.

great news Smiley

How do you like the power/reset buttons on the mobo  ? Grin

So, still no Zcoin (XZC) pool who gives in return the correct amount of coin mined with the miners...

A modified version of ccminer was released a couple of days ago that supposedly works properly with pools and shown hashrate now. However it appears that zcoin is having some issues since the recent update, so until I see and hear evidence that it's stable we won't have any of our rigs on it. I can confirm that the new miner does give about 14% higher hashrate (shown in miner at least) when I tested it on a GTX 1080 Ti.

I'm confused, this is my comment from a few pages ago but you're posting it? are you trying to boost your activity or something?

Skein, Zec, Zcoin, Lbc all back below $2.50/day. Sad, it's barely more profitable than vega 56. Cheesy

Of course they are, look at their signature.

Anyone tried gaming with the asrock BTC+ motherboard? Looking at building a 3x 1080ti system for mostly mining but also gaming on a single card. =)

If you're only building 3x 1080 ti system and want to game, I would go with a different ASRock board and you can get 6 GPUs if you want later

The BTC board is really only good for mining? If so that's good to know in general. I want to slowly upgrade how I set this all up, so will need another motherboard eventually on my main rig.

Is it normal that hashrate per card decrease with more GPUs attached to single MB ?
I have 3 systems for testing, each with 4/5/6 GPUs configuration running on identical HW, SW.
Each card is attached via powered riser (they are not all same, different batches) to PCIe x1 slot.
I can see that system with 4 cards performs best in the meaning of hashrate per card, 2nd is 5GPU and 3rd is 6GPU.
Difference on equihash algo with ccminer 2.2.0 on linux is ~10% (best/worst).
What could be a bottleneck ?
It is not really a problem but I would like to know why it performs like that.

I also saw this on my rigs but didnt find out why... until 4 cards everything runs perfect, after adding more hashrate drops and seams a bit instable. Like 1070 34,1 Eth 5th card add only 32.2 otherwise crashes... Smiley Or 1000MHZ Memory overclock after 5th card only 900Mhz...
Maybe Mainboard (i use Asus) or because of the 16 pcie lanes? CPU i tried Celeron and Pentium all same behavior.

Anybody else?

if you dont plan to have more than 6 cards in the future and to game while mining then avoid the H110 and just get a Z270.

I suggest the Biostar Tb250 Btc or Asus mining motherboard. The asrock H110's pcie slots are too close together. The risers will contact and short each other out.

Using one over a month now with 8 risers connected next to each other.. No issues and havent replaced any riser yet.

yeah never had an issue with them shorting out

OP to question - you shouldn't game with the H110 board, you'll more than likely be disappointed..

What pool you use?  The few times I tried, which I didn't get anywhere near what I estimated I should, I did mine to an exchange wallet with no problems though.
