Just got my 1080Ti for gaming, I can't believe a vega56 really outpaces this card.  I thought it'd be even, but the Ti does crush it in gaming.

Yeah probably at that time because of giffting hype but i wouldnt expect much of it except to see what gddr6 mem can do,think that everyone is waiting for 7nm gpus that are planned to come out next year to see whats what

I requested an invite to join the merit community, got accepted and an invite, created my wallet, but then the page simply stopped working. I tried reloading, accessing the links again, but it was just stuck at the setup guide. Any ideas on how to make merit work?

Seems like merit profitability has gone down though. Still worth the effort?

I can`t say really, i even haven`t tried it. It seems interesting and can be profitable, but i don`t like coins without some exchange. "Auto-escrow market" may be good, but i won`t work with such exchange.

Now it`s normal. 1080ti is a really powerful GPU but if you count with price/profitability - 1060(3) much better then 1080ti. If you have enough free space of course.

I guess it would be a faster ROI because of the price of 1060 TI's but like you said, you'd need a hell of a lot of room to set up 24 1060's and that power draw would be a beast.
