They are not too many, I have grown the account since beginning of 2013 all manually and naturally. So chance is that the biggest crowd has an interest in cryptocurrencies or is actively working with it.
You may scroll down all the way to the bottom and still find a good densitiy of cryptorelated accounts.  
Never purchased or botted. Tweets that have a lot of rt's and likes often are sponsored, it also depends on the content.

This month has over 70,000 impressions but it really depends on how much tweets go out. In more active months I reach 150,000. Of those you will see 0.8% engagement.
All tweets get over 350 impressions, good ones over 1,000.

I guess before you conclude that its fake, then you should have done more in its verification and there is a generally agreed tool to do that you would have asked for that. The numbers are quite large, and tweeting to all your followers does not mean they will all respond as the number of your followers determin the amount of tweets you will be exposed to at a time in which the real message can even be lost in the midst of all.

Thanks for your review. Aside of that most are real, it is very much targeted on followers with interest in cryptocurrencies. Bitcoin and altcoin tweets have been posted daily for over 4 years now.

many times so it gained a good crowd that is original and with honest interest in being part of the communities.
