The condominium complex includes a 50m pool with water slides, nice gym, etc. Part of the complex is a luxury hotel so you enter the premises through their main lobby - which is nice. The location is in the heart of Pattaya. All condos are freehold in foreigner name. The price is 60K EUR per unit, equivalent in Bitcoin

It's almost the price I paid -  I was financing the project while it was being built. There are a few condos for sale in the same complex, they are all by around 10% higher priced.
