What card should i pick up?

But i just want a simple opinión of what you think is best
Consider im from Perú and bringing this cards from Usa to my country have taxes and shipment so it would be 40-50$ in that, so i have this options im local stores with local warranty

I would go with either the RX480 or the RX580 for the 320 if those are your best options for purchase.
