Selling paypal funds (any amount) for BTC, PM, WMZ
PayPal from sales, and you never have problems with chargeback, ect.
Can use escrow, if you pay ES fee.

Most likely a scam. You can never tell whether someone is going to chargeback or not until they do.

And the 180 days isn't a safe period either - if they used a stolen credit card to obtain the paypal funds/the paypal account is stolen in the first place, then a chargeback may be done after 180 days.

Stay away from trading with a member with 0 trust.
