Why? Because OP is red trusted (For promoting ponzi) and if you look at it he's paying 100K sats for just a simple registration (obviously to attract more users) . Usually registrations are paid in $cents, $1-2 is rare . You should be wary of this because it's too good to be true .

Also when joining stuffs like this where you give your email, Don't give your main account cause some will probably spam your inbox   .

If someone asks you to sign up and get paid, just know that he wants traffic to his site and you will never be paid.
