Buying BTC-e vouchers / depositing fiat currency to BTC-e

Hello folks

 As you know Btc is volatile these days till halving and some few weeks I want to know the sellers of BTC-e vouchers in I did who accept bank transfer NEFT IMPS or debit card payments.

I also like to know the gateway to deposit BTC-e except wired as it takes more days I have contacted BTC-e team but they didn't accept NEFT due to human power I was reading around and come across www.advcash.com and qiwi.com is there any one have experience in that? If you have done any transaction using these services please let me know.
