it is fixed, at least for the ignore list page. mine used to time out too for years.. now that it fixed it shows i have like 1200 people in my ignore list it does display correctly now. fix happened a few weeks or months ago

Did you actually try it? I rewrote this code a few months ago, and I can load your ignore page just fine.

I did some testing, and the list can be edited and saved up to about 14,000 users.

Suggestion: can the Ignorelist be more forgiving for empty lines? It currently accepts empty lines at the start or end, but anything in between wipes the entire list.
