Lost over 200.000€ Siacoin on polo

Let me briefly explain what has happened .
So I am trying to withdraw Siacoin from Poloniex . There wallet is constantly "temporarily disabled" , so when it's not I try to withdraw coins . In total I have made 6 attempts up till now to withdraw :

1 attempt succeeded .
2 attempts are showing Complete:Error with no Txid , but the siacoin is lost from my poloniex wallet .
3 attempts are showing Complete with a Txid , but the Txid is not known to the Siacoin network and coins are lost from my poloniex wallet .

Here you can see that only 1 transaction came through :

Look at my screenshot and you'll see the following : the GREEN rectangle shows the 1 transaction that is OK . The RED rectangle shows the 5 transactions that are not ok . Yet , the coins from the 5 NOT ok transactions are lost and are not in my poloniex account anymore . Nor are they in my wallet (address 209cad516a7b6a3ab0382bdd3466d4db26075f05d388bf70f8b555cb2a17ec0c9f0de82d1180) as you can see in the link above .

I have created 2 tickets now since 26th of May , and did not get any response from Poloniex support .
I have also created a ticket to up my withdrawal limit (on 22th of May) because for me 25k $ is painfully slow . They don't react to that ticket either .

Let this be a warning for everyone that is currently trading on Poloniex , as well as for new people looking for an exchange to trade on .

If someone would have any idea to unstuck/find the coins myself in some way , i'd be very interested to hear your possible solution .

I am sorry about what is happening to you especially when you did not receive any support from poloniex help desk, so i can understand what you are going through.

I had a similar case sometimes ago and all efforts to get help from support were useless until when someone told me that the support were very busy, i did not bother to ask doing what again.

You will need to take the type of steps that i took, Go to the chatting platform and ask for mod/staff, you will need to be vigilant to see reply that relates to your question, you will explain your problem to the staff through the chatting platform and i am sure he will be of help.

I am available for bounty if this solve your problem, i equally send some funds to the person that helped me out also.

I try that but polo isn't really helpful there either . They keep spamming in chat that ticket escalation is suspended and that mods currently don't accept ticket requests .

poloniex support system is always late for replying the ticket because i have this bad experience too but its another problem. i think you need to wait for a few days and you need to check your ticket at least once in a day because i think poloniex support system will reply your ticket in after 3 days from the first you send them email.

this is your lesson to not make withdraw when you see the wallet is disable because no matter what you do to withdraw, the transaction will not be send until the wallet is back online. so you have to wait for a few days more to see your ticket has got the answers.

Sorry for what happen to you.

Try reddit poloniex search, as far as I know they are very active there and usually resolve everything in matter on hours, didn't have any issues with them.

sending ticket to support hellping, and ask to moderator in chatbox abot problem but after sending ticket

I had the similar problem with Factom in April

After the month!! of ticketing they stopped my withdraw and deposited it back to Polo (as I asked)
