Is it possible to integrate a Block.io API into an Online Banking Code ???

Is it possible to integrate a Bitcoin API (preferably block.io API) into the Online Banking Script of a Microfinance Structure that contacted me so that Clients of this Bank can transfer the Balances of their Online bank account to Bitcoins addresses ?

So, is this possible, if so, how much will you take to integrate this API with the Source Code of the Online Bank ?

Is anyone able to achieve this ?

NB: I specify that the Online Banking Code is in PHP.
