I had received a message regarding a fraud email / promotion that bitcasino.io is sending, I will make followup on these before make my self judgement if they become a scammers.
You should provide more information about the email you are getting from them  so we can understand the contents. Actually those email may not be a scam one but an enticement for you to play casino on they site. But casino. io look so real to be a scammer at this early stage.

You do know that bitcasino.io has other sites under the same management.
Vegascasino.io , sportsbet.io and this one are all operating out of the same office overseas and has the same head manager for all these casinos.
All their promotional emails look the same too.
So it is hard to tell where they are coming from sometimes if you aren't looking at the subject line in the email. Embarrassed

Well, even though the casino is old and rather famous, the person leading their ANN thread and named bitcasino.io has negative trust for confiscating user funds or something. I would stay away from this casino and its messages. I guess with them it's not the case that smb's sending messages on their behalf to spoil their reputation. It's just what this casino is.
Yet surely if you want to make an accusation you should provide some screenshots of what you are talking about, as other members above say.

Well i think i have waited long enough for the op to post his email evidence screenshot.  I am not sure if he had actual proof or maybe was one of those confused moments that we all have at times. I always take claims of phishing spoof emails with caution as sadly i lost almost $2,500.00 from my PayPal account. I fought with them gor almost 6 months to get my money back. So now if i ever see a message i go to website myself and proceed myself.

From who did you receive the message?

Was it from the email server of bitcasino.io directly?
