Signature maker would not provably bite this one since your payment is pretty much small for the works they need to do and the best thing to do is to rise the payments so that you can get some great designers out there.

0.003 btc is so small for jr-legendary sig and you could seek for yourself on graphic designer's thread so that you can get some idea on how much it cost for that complete sets of sig you want.
