Hubcoin was launched on 11 July as Ethereum token.

The mission of the Hubcoin is uniting altcoin developers, creating instruments for them, and providing assistance with investments and promotion.
Premine was distributed between 22 altcoin developers, who agreed to receive it.

Some description about Hubcoin:

1. 10% Premine was distributed between all the altcoin developers (who agreed to receive it).
This is the key Hubcoin idea, inspired by NEM https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=422129.0 (1 biilion capitalization for now).
NEM has proven that experiments with fair coins distribution have great potential.
There was many other experiments in premine distribution too, between miners, residents of Iceland (Auroracoin) etc.
We decided to distribute premine between most skilled and useful for coin peoples in the world - another altcoin developers.

2. Investors usually like startups, coins and projects with strong teams

3. It isnt standart Ethereum token, we have unique technical feature: premine spending is limited by code.
Developers (and me too) would gradually spend it throughout 1 year, so this will provide a long-term motivation for all team and will prevent early dumps.

4. The mission of the Hubcoin is uniting altcoin developers, creating instruments for them, and providing assistance with investments and promotion.
This is also quite unique and useful for the whole community.

5. You could use our altcoin creation, hosting, revivng and promotion services and pay with Hubcoin in the future.

Details:
Premine size - 10%
7% of the coins will be distributed between the developers of the altcoins (or assets/tokens) already existing at one of the exchangers, in proportion to their capitalization.
I think the coin capitalization reflects the skills of its developer, so it is logical to give more Hubcoins to developers showing higher capitalization.
2% of the coins will be equally distributed between all the altcoin developers who have a wallet, a block explorer, and a topic at this forum.
1% of the coins is my premine. I have a few bitcoins for the project development, so I am not going to spend it until the coin reaches high capitalization.

First 3 developers, who fit to 7% or 2% requirments will got 0.05 btc donation for their coin development.
Next 10 developers, who also fit requirments will got  0.01 0.02 btc donation for their coin development.

If you not developer but also want to get some premine Hubcoins - it isnt too late to create your own coin! Feel free to use Etherium platform or altcoin creation services.
Roadmap:
On June 1-10 I will be searching for developers who may be interested and offering them to join us and to get a portion of premine.
I am not going to force them to work as I believe that a portion of premine itself will serve a sufficient motivation.
To join the team, you only have to write a reply and promise to receive your share when we launch the coin.

On June 10-31, while waiting for replies from developers, I will be making a website (as I am a web programmer myself) and promoting the coin.
When the team is basically ready, I will start searching for investors, offering them to join us at the next stage when the coin appears at an exchanger or when we start ICO.
Investors usually like startups with strong teams, so I hope the Hubcoin will be able to get them interested.

I choosed x11 / x15 algo exactly with this target - because it is much more ASIC resistant that SHA-256 or Scrypt.
But if there are better algo, of course we should to consider and try to implement them.
Hope you can advice some.
I believe that ASIC resistant is good for wide spreading coin.

But really a bit...
So i failed and got slightly outdated information.
May be you right, and it was better to approach it more seriously.

Anyway, i just guess coin algorithm without much thought.
My main point is to rely on much more experinced developers than me.
I am going to follow Hubcoin team advice, and would not impose my opinon to them.

Somebody reported me and i got 7 days ban.
My mistake, PM advertisment prohibited on Bitcointalk.
It was better to use email, as altcoin developers didnt hide it.
However, I was lucky and managed to send all planned PMs before ban, so every developer with a thread got it
(Except developers with capitalization more than 1000.000$, I was going to contact them later)

ICO -          1.500.000 ( 50% coins for ico - sounds good for investors )
POW -          1.200.000
For our team - 300.000 (10% as it was on announce)

Also, for example, NovaExchange allows only SHA/Scrypt coin, perhaps this is not the worst choice.

There are more useful opportunities; For example, we can create a contract that will hold a premine money until any given date or goal is reached.
I'm worried that some developers just can dump their premine too soon, but this option can solve the problem.

This is looking great so far. I am catching up finally and and once my Son goes back to the U.K end of June I will be around more to dedicate time to the project. I only get to see my Son once a year a for a few days so naturally I will need to devote some time to him.

We decided to launch Hubcoin on Ethereum platform.
Testnet Hubcoin prototype is ready, and premine spending limit is implemented.

It was painful to synchronize wallet and get coins for the Ethereum Testnet, i spent the whole day searching.
(My experience was exactly like here https://www.reddit.com/r/ethereum/comments/6iorba/getting_started_on_ethereum_is_impossible_my/ )
But coding part was quite easy, and smart contracts work great!
The longest part with added code is:

Nice, but I wonder if you might not ask your team, to donate (at least initially) their expertise and get the ball rolling more, then raise the minimum price of your ico to boot. I have bought close to 100 to support your project, but feel you need a lot more promotion especially with the looming btc soft or hard fork happening. A friend on cryptochat recommended I check you out and I think your project of bringing diverse coin developers and services together, is ambitious but doable. Please invite me to your slack, if you like, and will follow your progress.
